Located in the city of Akita, Shiroishi no Miyatsuko Shrine is dedicated to Shiroishi no Miyatsuko, a legendary samurai who lived during the Sengoku period. According to legend, Shiroishi was instrumental in unifying the Akita region under a single rule. Visitors can explore the shrine's historic buildings, including the main hall and the torii gate, which date back to the Edo period.

Visitor tip
