Visitor tip

Cultural notes
Love Shrine is famous for its association with the legend of Inari Okami, who was said to have created sake breweries in the area. The shrine also holds an annual Autumn Leaves Festival, celebrating the changing colors of the surrounding maple trees.
Historical note
Founded in 1672 by Tokugawa Ietsugu, the current main hall was rebuilt in 1953 after being damaged in World War II.
