The Dewa Sanzan's sacred mountain, Zao-san, is said to be the origin of Dewa Kami, a group of Shinto deities. Located in Akita Prefecture, Dewa Sanzan稲荷神社 honors Inari Okami, the kami of rice and fertility. The shrine's architecture reflects traditional Japanese design, with a vermilion torii gate and a wooden shimenawa. Visitors can enjoy the serene atmosphere and scenic views of Zao-san.

Cultural notes
