The Kojima Shrine, located in Tottori Prefecture, is dedicated to the Shishi, a mythical creature often depicted as a tengu or a bird of prey. The shrine's primary kami is Shishikinoshita-hime-no-maryō, but it also enshrines several other deities including Kojima no Kami and Hachiman.
