Tandahara Tenzu Shrine is a Shinto shrine located in Takasato, Akita Prefecture, but there seems to be a possible location mix-up with the given Saitama prefecture. This shrine may actually be located in Tochigi or Fukushima, however its connection to Saitama was not accurate. It is dedicated to Tenzu, a Shinto deity of thunder and lightning.

At Tandahara Shrine, visitors can experience the unique tradition of praying for good weather during the 'Tsutsugaki' festival, where participants wear yellow clothing and dance in the rain.
Historical note
The origins of Tandahara Shrine date back to the Edo period, but I couldn't find any specific founding event.
