Tōdai-ji Temple, located in Fukuoka's Hakata district, is one of Japan's most famous Shinto shrines, but the above name does not match any known Shinto shrine. However, there is a shrine called 上宮造 (Kamiyamatsuo) in Kanagawa Prefecture.
