Inasa Shrine, located in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo, is a Shinto shrine dedicated to Inazuma Okami, the god of lightning and thunder. Dedicated in 1663, it was originally built as a villa for the Tokugawa family, who ruled Japan during the Edo period.

The shrine was rebuilt after being damaged by an earthquake in 1899.
