Tsukimi-gahara Shrine, also known as Tsukiji-hie Shrine, is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the god of fishing and the sea, Okapputsu-kami, located in the Shibamata district of Tokyo. The shrine was founded during the Edo period (1603-1868) by a group of fishermen who prayed for protection from the rising tides and strong winds. Visitors can experience the serene atmosphere of the shrine's garden, which features a pond with lotus flowers and a teahouse.
