Outakujina Shrine, dedicated to the sea kami Outakujin, is a historic Shinto shrine located in Koyurushi Village, Rumoi Subprefecture, Hokkaido. The shrine's architecture reflects traditional Japanese design, with a main hall and several smaller shrines. Founded during the Heian period (794-1185 CE), the shrine has been rebuilt several times due to natural disasters, most recently after the 2018 earthquake. Visitors can enjoy the scenic views of Mount Koyurushi and Lake Koyurushi while praying for good fortune and prosperity.
