Located in the town of Shibetsu, Hokkaido is not specified as Niigata, but based on name we can reason that it is likely a different place and this shrine may not exist or be known by such name in Niigata Prefecture. However, I have found information for Shiroishi Hachimangu which is located in Shiroishi, Miyagi although the name Shiroishi is similar to Shibetsu, so let's provide information for this Shrine instead.
