Located in the scenic Naruto City, Katsurahama, in Tokushima Prefecture, Myōchin-ji Shrine is a Shinto temple dedicated to Myōchin Okami, the mountain spirit of Zao Mountain. The shrine's architecture reflects its historical significance as a site for the construction of the famous Naruto Odaki (a natural harbor) during the Heian period.
