熊野神社

Nikko-style Heian-period shrine, dedicated to the kami of Mount Aso, the sea god Ryugu, and the forest goddess Yatagarasu. The shrine is famous for its large vermilion torii gate, surrounded by a beautiful garden featuring a five-story pagoda, and traditional Japanese architecture.
