Located in the city of Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture, the Hakushi Shrine is one of Japan's most famous shrines dedicated to the Shinto god Susanoo-no-Mikoto. Cultural notes

Historical note
The shrine was rebuilt after it was destroyed by fire in 1869.
