Cultural notes
Seiryu-ji Temple's Mimasaka Shrine is closely tied to the mythological story of Seiryu-ō, a powerful god said to have possessed immense knowledge. The shrine also hosts an annual Seiryu-ō festival in May to honor this deity and celebrate wisdom.
