Hakuhō Shrine, located in the town of Nanto, Toyama Prefecture, is dedicated to the Shinto kami Haguro Ō no Miyatsuko Hachiman Sanzaku. The shrine is one of the oldest in Japan, with a history dating back over 1,200 years. Its architecture reflects the Heian period, and its beautiful gardens are famous for their cherry blossom trees.

Visitor tip
