因島石切宮

Shimane

Indo-Shibuya Shrine, located in the town of Yashima, Shimane Prefecture, is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the god Inari Okami, patron deity of merchants and fertility. The shrine's unique architecture features a stone gate carved with images of Inari's mythical fox spirits, known as kitsune. Visitors can participate in the traditional 'grass cutting' ceremony, where they cut a piece of grass from the sacred lawn to express gratitude.
