Cultural notes
One of the unique features of this shrine is its connection to the Aomori-sai festival, a regional harvest festival celebrated annually in October. Visitors can participate in traditional dances and games, as well as sample local delicacies such as Akita Prefecture's famous Akita Kanto brandy.

The shrine was originally built during the Edo period in 1706.
