Located in the city of Omi, Shiga Prefecture, Dayotsu Grand Shrine is dedicated to the sun goddess Amaterasu and the god Susanoo. 歴史
The shrine was built during the Asuka period in the early 6th century, however its current form was developed in the Edo period (1603-1868).
