Located in the scenic city of Ōtari, Shiroishi Town, in northern Hokkaido,  舎熊神社 (Shiroishi Shrine) is a revered Shinto shrine dedicated to the kami, Hachiman. The shrine's architecture reflects traditional Japanese design, with a main hall made of wooden and tiled roofing, surrounded by beautiful gardens. Founded during the Nara period (710-794 CE), it is one of Japan's oldest shrines.

文化的背景
