Ap no Tenjinsha is a Shinto shrine located in Omi-cho, Hikone, Shiga Prefecture. The shrine was originally built to honor the god of learning and culture, Sugawara no Michizane. Over time, the shrine has expanded to also enshrine the god of industry and commerce, Okuninushi. Visitors can enjoy traditional Japanese architecture, beautiful gardens, and a peaceful atmosphere.
