35th anniversary plans
The hotel reaches its 35th anniversary in November 2026, and commemorative stay plans are on offer, including a free upgrade from a 30 sqm to a 46 sqm room at the 30 sqm rate (with breakfast).

Overview
Hotel The Manhattan stands in a corner of the Makuhari New City district. Its entrance evokes a grand old American mansion, and the interiors are styled throughout in Art Deco. Guest rooms are modeled on the living quarters of a Beverly Hills residence — refined spaces in soft tones, with large windows that draw in natural light and all-marble bathrooms for unwinding at the end of the day. Four restaurants and bars offer a wide range of menus, from casual meals to celebrations for anniversaries and birthdays: the casual restaurant The Terrace, Japanese cuisine at Origin, French cuisine at Bella Rossa, and the Splendido bar and lounge. The hotel also hosts banquets and conferences, weddings, an esthetic salon, and the Saint-Honoré bakery and cake shop. In November 2026 the hotel marks its 35th anniversary.
