Parking fees (from 1 July 2026)
Parking costs 1,500 yen per night for overnight guests and 1,000 yen for day-use plan guests.
Parking may fill up
The hotel car park is expected to reach capacity on certain dates (e.g. 20, 22, 23, 29 and 30 August, and 5, 6, 12 and 13 September). If it is full, even staying guests must use nearby paid parking at their own expense.
All rooms non-smoking
Central Tower guest rooms were renovated in June 2026 and the hotel has gone fully non-smoking.
Overview
APA Hotel & Resort Tokyo Bay Makuhari is an urban resort hotel in Chiba's Mihama Ward, made up of the Central Tower, West Wing and East Wing. Guests have free use of the large public baths in each building — the Central Tower and West Wing each have separate men's and women's baths, while the East Wing has a women's-only bath, and all include saunas, with fine-bubble shower heads (Bollina Avanti, and Bollina Wide Plus in the East Wing women's bath). Dining includes La Veranda's "KIWAMI" breakfast buffet built around ingredients from the Boso Peninsula, the Sky Cruise Makuhari buffet restaurant and the Teppanyaki THE Nanami steakhouse, plus a seasonal outdoor Pocari Sweat Pool. In-room "APA Digital Information" on the TV shows hotel and area guidance, large-bath and coin laundry congestion, and lets you request a late check-out without calling the front desk. Central Tower guest rooms were renovated in June 2026 and all rooms are now non-smoking, and the APA Museum reopened at the hotel with hands-on exhibits.
