Tsumakoi Shrine is a Shinto temple located in the town of Tsukudani, Ibaraki Prefecture, and is famous for its beautiful autumn foliage. The shrine was originally dedicated to the deity Otsutsuki-no-Kamuy (also known as Otsutsuki-tsurugi), but later came under the protection of the more prominent deity Tsumakoi. Visitors can experience the stunning fall colors in late November, and enjoy traditional festivals throughout the year.
