Suyama Sengen Shrine is a Shinto shrine located in the mountains of Yamanashi Prefecture, dedicated to the deity Sengen, also known as Amaterasu Omikami, the Shinto sun goddess. The shrine is famous for its beautiful gardens and traditional architecture, which reflect the region's natural beauty. As one of Japan's oldest shrines, it has a rich history dating back to the 8th century.
