Sugi Shrine

Sugi Shrine, located in Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture is one of the oldest Shinto shrines in Japan. Dedicated to Sugu no Okami, a rice goddess, and its deities are believed to be those of the forest as well as nature spirits associated with trees.
