The Godai-jinja Shrine, located in Miyagi Prefecture, is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the god of storms and fertility, Ōkami. Dedicated to the well-being of ships at sea and those who sail on them, it is also associated with the protection of farmers' crops and livestock.
