Visitor tip

Cultural notes

Aizenokami is often invoked by farmers for a bountiful harvest, and locals believe that offerings of sake and rice can ensure a successful crop. During the Setsubun festival in February, which marks the beginning of spring, devotees participate in traditional rituals to purify themselves and their surroundings.
