The Shrine of White Lotus Bodhisattva, located in Yamagata Prefecture, is a Shinto temple dedicated to the Buddhist deity Bishamon Tenjin. The shrine was founded during the Heian period (794-1185 CE), and its main image is that of Bishamon, often depicted as a white-haired, bearded man riding a horse.
