Ehime

Windou Shrine, located in the Ouchi Domain area of Ehime Prefecture, is dedicated to Inari, the Shinto deity of rice and industry. The shrine's architecture reflects the unique style of the region, with a main hall built from local cedar wood and a torii gate adorned with a wooden beam inlaid with iron. According to local legend, Windou Shrine was established during the Kamakura period (1185-1333) as a small shrine dedicated to Inari.
