New田稲荷 Shrine is a Shinto shrine located in the city of Nihonmatsu, Ibaraki Prefecture. The shrine is famous for its beautiful gardens and historic architecture, dating back to the Kamakura period. It is believed that the shrine was originally built in 1181 by the samurai lord of the region, but the current main hall was constructed during the Edo period.
