Tsurugaoka-hachiman Shrine is a Shinto shrine located in Kamakura, Kanagawa Prefecture. Historical note
The shrine was rebuilt in 1457 CE after being destroyed during the Muromachi period (1336-1573 CE) by the powerful Dōkū-ji temple in Kamakura.
