Dayehjinsha is a Shinto shrine located in the city of Nagahama, Shiga Prefecture. Dedicated to the sun goddess Amaterasu, it is believed to have been built during the Heian period (794-1185 CE). The shrine's architecture reflects its location on the coast, with a distinctive torii gate and wooden veranda. Visitors can enjoy traditional festivals, including the Setsubun festival in February, where they can participate in bean-throwing rituals to ward off evil spirits.
