The Taibeizan Stone Monument, located in the mountains of Akita Prefecture, is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the god of the mountain, Kamado-Okami. The shrine is situated near a stone monument erected in memory of a samurai who died defending his lord during the Sengoku period. Today, visitors can walk along the winding path that leads to the shrine and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
