若鮨牛神社

Miyagi

Located in the town of Minami Sanriku, Ifuku Town's Yumogasa Shrine is dedicated to Yayoi no Okami, a storm god revered by the Aomori prefecture's indigenous Ainu people. However, another possible enshrinee is Nekojin Okami, a kami associated with livestock and agriculture. While not extensively documented, Ifuku Town is believed to have historical connections to Miyagi Prefecture.
