高濱神社 is a Shinto shrine located in the city of Kariwa, Niigata Prefecture, situated at the edge of Lake Niigata. The shrine's name roughly translates to 'High Bank Shrine' due to its proximity to the lake's shore. Founded during the Edo period, the shrine is dedicated to the deity Inazuma-kami, revered for protecting travelers and fishermen.
