Shizuoka

Located in the city of Mikata, Shizuoka Prefecture, San-sojinsha is a historic Shinto shrine dedicated to the three main kami (deities) of Japan: Amaterasu, Fujin, and Raijin. As one of the oldest shrines in the region, it has played a significant role in the local history and culture. The shrine's architecture reflects traditional Japanese style with a combination of shinden-zukuri and honen-zukuri styles. The complex is surrounded by scenic views of Mt. Iwataki and Lake Hamanako.
