Located in Osaka's Kita-ku, Fish Market Shrine (Kanmon-jinja) is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the god of fishing and commerce. Its main hall was rebuilt during the Heian period. The shrine's architecture blends traditional Japanese design with elements inspired by its role as a fish market. Its torii gate is adorned with ceramic figurines of marine creatures, while the shrine's interior features woodblock prints depicting various sea animals.
