橿原神社

Tsurugi Shrine, located in the heart of Mito City, Tochigi Prefecture, is dedicated to Inari Okami, the Shinto deity of rice, fertility, and prosperity. Founded during the Nara period (710-794 CE), this shrine has been a significant cultural and spiritual hub for the local community. The shrine's architecture reflects its long history, with a distinctive vermilion torii gate that welcomes visitors to the inner shrine.

Visitor tip
