Ishikawa

Gokayu Shrine is a Shinto shrine located in the town of Hakusan, Ishikawa Prefecture, which was once an important stopover on the old Hokuriku Route. The name Gokayu roughly translates to '5-leafed hall', possibly referring to its five-tiered pagoda or the number of leaves on the trees surrounding the shrine.

Visitor tip
