市杵島神社

Located in the city of Wakkanai, Hokkaido, but originally from Tottori Prefecture, City Amamiya Shrine is a Shinto shrine dedicated to Inari Okami. The shrine was rebuilt after its destruction during World War II and features traditional Japanese architecture with a unique vermilion torii gate. Visitors can participate in the annual Matsuri festival to celebrate the deity's patronage of rice agriculture.
