Nanzen-ji Temple's sister shrine, Seven Stones Great Buddha Shrine in Shiga Prefecture is a historic Shinto site dedicated to the worship of Hachiman, the god of war. The shrine is situated near Lake Biwa and is known for its beautiful gardens and traditional architecture.
