八幡宮

Located in the city of Gotemba, Shizuoka Prefecture, Eight-Horse Temple Shrine is a significant Shinto site dedicated to the kami of the Hikone-matsu no Miyatsuko. The shrine's architecture and layout are characteristic of traditional Japanese design, with a main hall dedicated to the primary deity and several smaller shrines for lesser kami. This shrine has been an important center for Shinto worship and festivals in the region since its founding during the Heian period (794-1185 CE).
