Located in the town of Katsurao, Ibaraki Prefecture, 鞴韜神社 is a Shinto shrine dedicated to Takamori Ōmura, a samurai who died defending his lord's castle against invading forces in 1614. The shrine's name, 鞴韜, roughly translates to 'the place where the bow and arrow meet'. Visitors can explore the shrine's traditional architecture, including a five-story pagoda and a large torii gate.
