Embrudo Inari Shrine, located in the town of Katsuta in Chiba Prefecture, is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the rice goddess, Emiko, and the god of fertility and prosperity, Emishi. The shrine's architecture reflects its historical significance as a sacred site for the worship of these deities during the Heian period (794-1185 CE). The shrine's main hall, known as the Haiden, features a distinctive roof covered with tiles that resemble traditional Japanese tilework.
