Visitor tip

Cultural notes
Two-San Shrine is renowned for its association with the mythology of Japanese pirates, known as 'wokou.' According to legend, Hihotogishi and Sengen helped guide these sea-faring warriors on their perilous journeys. The shrine's vibrant festivals, particularly the Yosozakura Festival in March, are still celebrated today and honor this connection.
