大竹神社

Located in the town of Kamakura, Ibaraki's 大竹神社 (Daizukagamiya) is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the god of rice and agriculture, known as Daizuka or Take no Kami. Dedicated to the god of agriculture, Daizuka is believed to bring good fortune and prosperity to those who worship at it. The shrine complex features a traditional Japanese architectural style with a wooden torii gate and a large main hall. Visitors can explore the surrounding gardens and traditional Japanese shops selling local specialties such as rice crackers and sake.
