津嶋神社

Yamagata

Tsushima Island Shrine is a Shinto shrine located in the Kamaishi city of Iwate Prefecture, but not found in Yamagata prefecture. However Tsushima Island Shrine shares the same name with another shrine located in Yamaguchi Prefecture. This shrine is dedicated to the kami Enmei-Okami and also enshrines the Shinto god of industry Inari Okami. The shrine's architecture reflects a traditional Japanese style, with a tiled roof and a wooden torii gate. The shrine is surrounded by a peaceful forested area.
