宇佐神社御旅所

The shrine's name, 'Uraso,' roughly translates to 'far-off harbor' or 'distant port.' Its primary enshrined deity is Okitsume, also known as Matsushima-no-Kami, a powerful storm god with control over the seas. Visitors can explore the shrine's beautiful gardens and learn about its rich history, which dates back to the Heian period (794-1185 CE).
