富士浅間神社

Ibaraki

Located in the scenic town of Nikko,富士浅間神社 is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the kami Fujisan, often referred to as Mount Fuji's spirit. The shrine was established during the Edo period (1603-1867) and is one of the many shrines built along the Nakasendo route, which connects Tokyo with Kyoto. Visitors can admire the beautiful gardens, traditional buildings, and ancient trees surrounding the shrine.
