Visitor tip

Cultural notes
Kumobéno Sento is associated with the mythology of local water spirits, known as 'yurei,' which are believed to inhabit the area's rivers and streams. During the annual 'Yūrei Matsuri' festival in May, locals pay respects to these spirit deities through offerings and prayers.
